Salad Dressing

Written By: Uri Lifshitz - Apr• 17•12

The oil and water don’t mix. Not after I pour the liquids, not after I stir it with a fork , not even after the fifth time I shake the cup. Eventually I give up and pour it as it is into the salad better viagra or levitra and vigorously mix the lettuce with the carrots and garlic.  The eggplant absorbs the oil and water but even inside this vegetable container, the two do not mix.

I add salt and pepper, some paprika and honey to mask the fragmentation of the diffused mixture but the oil still slowly edge into separate floating puddles over the water.

I take the dish and let my girlfriend serve it to the dinner table where my friends are seated; they don’t get along.
